The guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Zeno in the first three months after your first paid bill, we refund everything your organization paid us in those three months, in full and without asking why.
How to ask for it
- Email [privacy contact email] from an address on your account within those three months, saying you want the refund.
- We refund to the payment method you paid with, within 14 days of your email.
- Your projects stay until you delete them; you can export or erase your data through the API as usual.
Good to know
- It applies once per organization, to the first three months of paid use.
- The free identifications every month cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund for them.
- It doesn't apply to an account we closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Your rights under consumer law, where they apply, come on top of this guarantee.
